This small mod is a a page to get you 8 random people from your city.

• you can't attack your gang members
• you can't attack a members jailed in "fedjail"
• you can't attack staff members
• you can't attack when you don't have more than 25% energy (you can make it 25 if u use 100 or 150 max energy )
• you can't attack a members when you are not in the same location
• you can't attack a members who have less than 5 HP
