Yes, you'll need to register an account so you can access your purchases, download files, and manage your orders.

After purchase, go to your Account Dashboard → Purchases to view and download your items.

Simply browse the listings, click on the item you want, and select Add to Cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your order.

We currently accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and our own platform credits (if enabled by the seller).

You can open a support ticket, when opening a support ticket you will be able to select a purchase to discuss.

All purchases on our marketplace are considered final. Refunds will only be issued if the item has not been downloaded or accessed in any way.

If you believe there’s an issue with your purchase, please contact the seller by opening a support ticket. In cases of clear error, fraud, or undownloaded items, you can open a ticket with our support team and we will review your request.

No, purchases are tied to your account for security reasons and cannot be transferred.

After registering an account, go to the community forums and got to applications, A pinned topic will ahve the application template. Fill this out and post it in the forum. After a period of time your apploication will be approved/denied.

We charge a small 15% commission on each sale, with a minimum fee of £1 GBP. This helps cover payment processing fees and supports the ongoing operation and development of the marketplace.

Payouts to sellers are made on the 14th of each month (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday), covering sales from the 1st to the end of the previous month. Payments are issued via BACS (UK), IBAN/SWIFT (International), or PayPal.

No, there are no setup fees. We only charge a commission on sales.

Yes, you can edit or remove any of your listings at any time from your Seller Dashboard.

Listings require manual review, this can take up to 2 business days.

Currently, we only support one-time payments. Subscription features may be added in a future update.

Once your hosting plan is active, go to Account Dashboard → Hosting to access your control panel and manage your site.

To do this you will need to open a support ticket

Your hosted site or storefront will be taken offline. Be sure to back up any data before cancellation.
