You start with one village. Gather wood, clay, iron and grain, raise your buildings, and train troops from your race's own roster of units — every race fields a different army, so your opening is never the same twice.

Scout a persistent 50x50 world map, raid your neighbours for their stockpiles, fortify against the ones raiding you, and climb the rankings. The world keeps running while you're offline, so a few minutes a day is enough to stay in the fight.

Real-time General expeditions
Between wars, send your General into the dungeons. Expeditions are a fast, skill-based run where you aim and fight in real time — not a timer you wait out. Survive and the loot and gear come back with you. Customise your General's race, hair, beard and armour, and watch the equipment you win actually show up on them.
